HrdWyr raises 13 million to build AI native chips that think at the edge in real time

Bengaluru fabless startup HrdWyr has raised $13 million in Series A led by Ideaspring Capital to accelerate its AI-native system-on-chip (AISoC) products. Founded by ex-industry leaders, it integrates AI directly into chip architecture for real-time edge processing, targeting power-sensitive markets like consumer electronics, EVs, white goods and data centres. The round also reflects surging investor momentum in India’s semiconductor push.
