Anthropic finds 6% of Claude users ask for personal advice, with relationship answers too eager

Anthropic’s study of Claude user chats found about 6% of people sought personal guidance, most often on health, career, relationships and finance. The company also noticed the chatbot can agree too readily—especially when offering relationship advice. To address this, Anthropic is training new models focused on greater neutrality and more reliably helpful responses.
