JioStar’s filing claims Zee repeatedly aired 12 films around 20 times, including major stars like Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan. Zee says any broadcasts were inadvertent, with no damages liability.

Zee Entertainment has sued Nykaa, alleging the beauty retailer used Zee’s copyrighted songs in Instagram reels to promote products. Zee is seeking damages worth $210,000. Nykaa’s lawyer told the court that the disputed links have been removed, and the matter has been scheduled for further hearing on May 26.
