Bengaluru startup BigEndian Semiconductors has raised $6 million to commercialise its first Vision AI system-on-chip. The company plans to deploy the chip in CCTV and surveillance and expand into broader edge AI use cases. By building indigenous semiconductor capacity, it is aiming to ride India’s increasing demand for homegrown tech rather than relying solely on imported solutions.
