Unnati Agri cofounder Ashok Prasad died on Monday, May 11, following sudden cardiac arrest. He co-founded the agritech in 2011 with Amit Sinha and previously held leadership roles at companies including Tata Teleservices, Paytm, and Nokia. Unnati said he helped shape growth, institutional capabilities, and long-term strategy. Earlier this year, the startup announced it was acquiring Gramophone.
