RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said population growth management and the push for a Uniform Civil Code require public cooperation. In his remarks, he argued that caste-based political structures are the root of persistent divisions, and that once society moves beyond them, differences will naturally lessen—framing both issues as dependent on collective change.
