India’s telecom ministry plans to launch an enhanced Telecom Technology Development Fund (TTDF) with a higher outlay by October, Minister of State for Telecom Pemmasani Chandra Sekhar said. The government has already allocated about ₹540 crore to 100+ companies under the existing TTDF, many of which are working on 6G-related research and development.
