Menstrual hygiene startup HealthFab, seen on Shark Tank India, has raised Rs 20 crore in Series A led by Atomic Capital. The firm will use the money to broaden its holistic period care range, scale distribution through quick commerce and general trade, and expand manufacturing. Founded in 2019, it built trust with GoPadFree leak-proof reusable underwear and now targets deeper cycle-wide wellness.
The Binge Town, a theatre-based celebration venue chain, secured Rs 2 crore on Shark Tank India from Varun Alagh. The investment includes Rs 1 crore for 2.5% equity and Rs 1 crore structured as debt at 15% interest. The founders plan to use the capital for expansion, including new city launches and accelerating franchise growth in Tier II and III markets.
