Police in Shamli returned Rs 4 lakh in cash after it was found scattered on the Meerut-Karnal highway. The owner, Shubham, said the money fell from his motorcycle while he was riding home from Haryana. Authorities verified his claim and ownership before handing the recovered cash back to him.
