For Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 2026 counting on May 4, the Chennai Election Commission is deploying a three-tier security setup and a QR code-based entry system. Multiple perimeters and dedicated personnel will control access at each gate, while mobile devices are restricted to keep counting secure and orderly.
