The Allahabad High Court held that a wife can be evicted from a flat if the husband sells his sole-owned property, even while a matrimonial dispute is ongoing. In the case, the wife failed to prove co-ownership with documentary evidence. The court ruled the transfer valid because the apartment belonged exclusively to the husband.
