Zee argues Meta licensing covered only non commercial use, while Nykaa’s promotional content targeted its follower base. The company seeks ₹2 crore in damages, with the next hearing set for May 26.

Nykaa’s lawyer told the court that the disputed links have been removed, and the matter has been scheduled for further hearing on May 26.
