Delhi’s Crime Branch, Northern Delhi Range, arrested Gulzar, a proclaimed offender wanted since 2024 over a gang assault on a minor. He had evaded capture and was declared a proclaimed offender in December 2025. Officials said he was nabbed in Palam Village on April 29, and will now face serious charges under the POCSO Act.
