MLB’s players association is teaming with VIZ Media and artist Acky Bright to create GalaXic Baseball League, a sci-fi manga set in outer space. The series debuts digitally in July 2026 and in print in Fall 2026, featuring active MLB stars in an interplanetary storyline. It’s billed as the first original comic property with official MLB licensing for current player likenesses.
