The Delhi High Court has scheduled a hearing for May 4 on the CBI petition challenging a trial court order that discharged Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and 21 others in the liquor policy case. The court has also allowed a final chance for replies. Separately, the Enforcement Directorate’s plea to expunge remarks will be listed the same day.
