Maharashtra’s long-awaited “Missing Link” on the Mumbai–Pune Expressway opens today, coinciding with Maharashtra Day. The new stretch is expected to cut travel time by around 30 minutes, offering a smoother ride between the state’s two biggest hubs and reducing the pain of frequent Khandala Ghat traffic jams.
