A Cessna 208 Caravan plane crashed on the outskirts of Juba, South Sudan, killing 13 passengers and the pilot, according to the civil aviation authority. The aircraft lost communication while flying from Yei to Juba International Airport and went down roughly 20 km south-west of the capital. Two passengers were Kenyan nationals and the rest were South Sudanese.
