Jindal Stainless expects 7–9% volume growth this fiscal, even as it braces for the West Asia crisis to affect demand. The company said it may revise the target mid-year and is looking at 2.75–2.80 million tonnes of production. Exports are projected to make up about 10% of sales, led by Brazil, South Korea, Japan and the Middle East.
Jindal Stainless reported a 42.7 percent jump in fourth-quarter profit, driven by steady domestic demand for its stainless steel products. Net revenue also rose, supporting the upbeat quarter despite operational headwinds including fuel shortages and shipping delays. The company said it is pushing ahead with production capacity expansion even as it navigates supply chain constraints.
