Apple has agreed to a $250 million class-action settlement in the US after claims it misled customers about Siri and Apple Intelligence features for iPhone 16 series. The lawsuit, filed in 2024, alleges certain advertised AI capabilities weren’t available at launch, impacting buyers of iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 16 models purchased between June 2024 and March 2025.
