WhiteBoard Advisory and Management, alongside developer Casagrand, has secured SEBI approval for a Rs 500 crore yield-focused fund. Part of the strategy is already taking shape with a Rs 41 crore villa project in Hyderabad, while early deployments target Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The fund is designed to provide yield-based returns to investors, even as Casagrand advances an IPO plan.
