Spacetech startup Dhruva Space has secured ₹105 Cr in grant support under India’s RDIF for ‘Project Garud’, a next-gen 500 kg-class satellite platform built for large constellation deployments. The grant supports a standardised, production-ready design for telecom, earth observation and national security, aiming to cut reliance on foreign satellites while enabling high-volume manufacturing.
