Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare has asked its largest shareholder, Mitsui & Co., to help start communication with Japanese drugmaker Daiichi Sankyo. The move comes despite ongoing legal disputes in India and Japan tied to damages estimated at about ₹11,800 crore. IHH is seeking a path to talks without pausing the complex cross-border litigation.
