Sony Pictures Networks India announced that CHRO Manu Wadhwa will step down from the Chief Human Resources Officer role to become a Strategy Advisor starting July 1, 2026. She will work with the leadership team on key strategic priorities as the company begins a search for a new CHRO. Wadhwa has led the people and organisational agenda for seven years.
