A 16-year-old student in Delhi, Abhav Bhatia, was returning home after watching the IPL match between Delhi and Bengaluru when he made a call to his father. Moments later, he and his 20-year-old cousin Yagya were allegedly struck by a truck on Ashoka Road. Police have launched a search for the fleeing driver as the families seek answers.
