India’s Cabinet has approved a Rs 20,667 crore semi high speed rail corridor linking Ahmedabad and Dholera in Gujarat. Designed for 200 kmph operations, the project will be the country’s first to use indigenous technology, aiming to slash travel time while improving regional connectivity and accelerating development around the new corridor.
