A chlorine gas leak at Kondhwa in Pune sent 24 people to hospital, including residents and two fire personnel, after they reported breathlessness. Authorities say the leak originated from an abandoned tank at a defunct water purification plant. Those affected are now out of danger and remain under observation as investigations continue.
