NeoLiv will invest Rs 500 crore to develop a golf-led luxury plotted township on 47 acres in Faridabad. The move follows strong momentum from a prior project where 285 premium plots generated Rs 1,251 crore in sales, with prices between Rs 2.88 crore and Rs 9.94 crore. Built through a management contract, the new project targets completion by March 2031.
Faridabad’s real estate, long overshadowed by other NCR hubs, may get a revival push from the upcoming Noida International Airport. Better connectivity to the airport and major corridors is expected to boost both residential and commercial demand, setting the stage for stronger launches, sales, and potential price appreciation—after years of stalled momentum.
