The company has partnered with Oceaneering International to target specialized marine engineering work. Adani Ports plans heavy capital spending to build a large global marine fleet, aiming to turn the expansion into a major integrated marine services platform by FY31.
Logistics AI unicorn Netradyne has acquired Europe-based fleet management firm Moove Connected Mobility to deepen its enterprise push across the region. The companies will blend Netradyne’s AI platform with Moove’s customer relationships and operational know-how, while Moove becomes Netradyne Europe’s regional hub. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
