Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said BJP’s strong show in West Bengal and Assam was driven by a professional campaign led by PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. He pointed to what he called a robust organisational network and heavy deployment of resources, adding that other parties could study BJP’s approach after its election wins in the two states.
