Three workers died in Pune district after entering a water drainage tank at a mushroom processing unit in Belasar village. Police said the first worker went in to clean, and others entered one after another to rescue colleagues, but none came back out. Authorities are investigating workplace safety and the circumstances that led to the tragedy.
