DownDetector data showed most complaints came from the mobile app, while some users said the website wasn’t working properly. A smaller share reported login-specific problems. The spike peaked near 6:30 am IST at roughly 800 reports, and social media filled with screenshots of Grok failing to answer questions. xAI had not issued an official statement.
