Former India cricketer Salil Ankola has admitted himself to a mental health care centre near Pune, family confirmed. He is receiving treatment for severe depression after his mother died last year, as his emotional health deteriorated. The cricket fraternity has rallied in support. Ankola also previously completed rehabilitation for alcohol addiction nearly two decades ago.
