The Delhi High Court, led by Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, has reportedly issued a notice of criminal contempt against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal over “extremely defamatory” content circulated against her. The judge also indicated contempt proceedings may follow against other AAP figures, including Manish Sisodia and Durgesh Pathak, warning that tolerating such attacks could lead to “anarchy.” The development emerged during CBI arguments challenging discharge orders in the Delhi excise policy case, amid a recusal row.
