The move targets rising demand from Global Capability Centers and multinational corporations, highlighting how South India’s office market is increasingly shifting toward scalable, flexible setups rather than long, fixed leases.
WeWork India has opened a new coworking centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, expanding its flexible workspace footprint with 1.1 lakh sq ft and more than 1,400 desks. The launch comes as demand for flexible office setups grows and takes the company’s Delhi-NCR count to 17 centres. WeWork India also operates across eight cities nationwide.

Smartworks has logged its second straight profitable quarter, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹16.6 Cr in Q4 FY26 versus a loss of ₹8.3 Cr a year earlier.
