Realty firm Concorde has leased 1.4 lakh sq ft of prime office space in Bengaluru to BHIVE Workspaces under a 15-year agreement worth Rs 16 crore annually. The transaction, at Concorde Econex, will help BHIVE add over 3,000 seats and signals rising corporate demand for large, flexible, plug-and-play campuses in major tech hubs.
