The Justice V K Mohanan Commission of Inquiry has wrapped up its probe into the 2023 Tanur boat accident and submitted its final report to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The report lists 141 recommendations focused on strengthening water transport safety and reducing the odds of similar tragedies in the future.
