A 50-year-old man died in Ballia after an ambulance allegedly ran out of fuel and was denied refuelling by a petrol pump, even as officials claim stock was available. District Magistrate Mangala Prasad Singh said strict action would be taken if the allegations are verified. The case is now under scrutiny to determine liability.
