Flexible workspace firm Awfis has expanded in Chennai, leasing more than 1.1 lakh sq ft to open two new centres. The new leases take its total city footprint to 8.75 lakh sq ft spread across 28 locations. The company points to strong demand as enterprises increasingly adopt flexible office models in Chennai’s growing commercial landscape.
