Prosecutors also allege he threatened to burn down OpenAI headquarters. In Pune’s case involving the rape and murder of a four-year-old, officials say the 65-year-old accused had a prior criminal history. They point to an alleged molestation case dating to 1998, another accusation of molestation and attempted murder in 2015, and a separate POCSO case involving sexual harassment allegations involving a minor neighbour.
