A deadly fire broke out early Sunday in a four-storey residential building in Vivek Vihar, East Delhi, gutting parts of the stairwell and trapping residents. Nine people died, including a one-year-old child, while 15 others were rescued by the Delhi Fire Services. Authorities are investigating how the blaze started and why it spread so quickly.
