L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) has signed a multiyear licensing agreement with Synopsys to adopt AI-enabled multiphysics simulation tools for next-generation intelligent power modules. The plan is to optimize designs across chip, package, and system levels, improving reliability and cutting development cycles while supporting higher voltage scaling. The collaboration targets sectors like electric mobility, renewables, and industrial automation.
