Elon Musk testified for a second day in his trial against OpenAI co-founder Sam Altman, alleging Altman reneged on promises to keep OpenAI a nonprofit. Musk says by late 2022 he believed Altman was trying to “steal the charity,” while OpenAI’s legal team disputes the account, saying no indefinite nonprofit commitment was ever made.
