Court flags alleged forged documents behind Sona Group trust

The Supreme Court has issued notice to Priya Kapur, wife of late industrialist Sunjay Kapur, along with others, in a dispute over the Sona Group Family Trust. Sunjay’s mother, Rani Kapur, alleges the trust was created using forged documents. The court also urged the parties to consider mediation to resolve the family conflict.
